If you would like to learn how to write a case comment there are resources on the right hand side of the main screen which may prove useful. Please send submissions in to OULS-PILARS@open.ac.uk. We accept case comments of between 2000-3000 words. They are peer reviewed by members of the Sacred and Secular team.
If you would like to try out your case note or case comment writing skills in a field outside law and religion you can submit work to The Journal of Commonwealth Law and Legal Education. This covers any areas of law which may be of interest to Commonwealth countries. The Journal’s submission guidelines are available here. If you would like to discuss whether your case note or case comment would be appropriate you can contact the lead editors by emailing JCLLE@open.ac.uk.
